§ 1Email
Editorial desk email
We read every message. Replies usually arrive within five working days, and corrections of factual error are handled first. If no reply has arrived after a week, please write again — the likelihood of a message being classified as spam is not low.
§ 2What We Welcome by Email

§ 3What We Do Not Accept
The following will not receive a reply
- Product recommendations, sponsored content and purchase-link arrangements
- Any form of arrangement conditioned on ranking, review or recommendation
- Product selection, size selection on behalf of a reader, and purchase advice
- Medical diagnosis, treatment and medication enquiries
§ 4About Your Message
The content of a message is used only to reply and to improve content. It is not used for marketing, and is not provided to third parties. Where a point you raise leads to an amendment, we note the correction on the page without including personal information. See the Privacy Policy for details.
